The scope of our consultation service includes general information related to public services such as administrative formalities. As to queries related to laws and regulations, the Public Prosecutions Office and the Legal Affairs Bureau respectively provide legal consultation and legal information enquiry service within designated areas in conformity with their own statutory competences. Citizens may directly gather information from or make an enquiry to the Public Prosecutions Office or the Legal Affairs Bureau with basis on their own concrete situation. |
