As the society undergoes rapid developments, the need to have access to the government information of the citizens is increasing steadily. In view of this, the MSAR government has set up the “Public Information Center”, based upon the frameworks of the Public Service and Information Center of the Public Administration and Civil ServiceBureau and of the Government Printing Bureau. It aims to establish a more effective centralized distribution mechanism to safeguard the integrity and accuracy distribution of the government information. Moreover, it serves as a vital framework for collecting public opinions and feedbacks through building a communication path between the public and the government. It shall be the information source where the government can pertain constant betterment in government administration.

The “Public Information Center” attends to public enquiries, complaints, suggestions and provides centralized sale of government publications. It offers one stop service in the provision of government information.
